So im doing better now, am eating my calories and my stomach is now making that much mess. I am experincing some candida dieoff i think, did try to do my 30min exercise but felt so hevy and out of energy toghter with many other signs of candida die off i decided to now push my body to hard workout, i did two 1h walks insted today and that felt nice.

1/4 Cup sweet red onion
I wasn't sure what to do with a bunch of beet greens I had so I just blended:
A blender filled with beet greens
Just a few red leaf lettuce leaves
Half a tomato
Half an avocado
Just a splash of water

Yesterday I had a really lazy day and didn't run and I ate basically just dates and avocado. I didn't feel too great at the end of the day but it was good to just kind of do what I wanted and not freak out about eating anything.
Today though: whole different story! I got up earlier, I ran longer than usual and I've been making the most wonderful smoothies with all the freezer fruit I've been accumulating!
Breakfast smoothie: Mangoes and oranges!
Woke up thirsty and wanting a big juicy apple. So having my 16 oz glass of water and eating a honey crisp apple which is one of my favorites. I have to host a dinner party tonight and thus it will be based around cooked foods as this is a business function. The great part of this is that the people that I am hosting are Indian Vegetarians so that makes life a lot simpler by having it catered by the local indian restaurant.

OK, been going as fruity as I can. I still am working with controlling the PM Food Ogre. Finding that adding grips of veggies does help quite a bit, as the banana ripening process lags.
So went in for regular check up at docs the other day, and have dropped about 6#'s and BP is lower then it has been in a few years.

Hello. Been working on this for about 2 weeks. 1st question is, what is best way to ripen bananas? Having read that the bananas give of a gas while ripening, I have them in plastic bags. What I'm experiencing with that is they seem to ripen more slowly then being in the open air. Any help here greatly appreciated.

Feeling very cold all the time and the cold and damp weather has settled in. This morning just trying to heat myself up and thus did a bit of fresh rolled oats with water. Topped off with walnuts and cinnamon. Having huge cravings for meet and cheese. I just dont seem to get my 2 boxes of bananas to get ripe, they move so slowly because it is to cold in the house (we dont have any heat source). Woke up today feeling fine but then i had 1.5kg of grapes and got the same feeling as yeasterday, totaly out of energy, dont know what it is. My goal right now is to be 70-90% raw, so by "spoiling my apatite" with about 400 calories of sweet fruit before a savory meal wipes out my intense desire for cooked foods.
I am pretty excited to find that this works for me because I have had some difficulty getting enough leafy greens in my diet, so it allows me to meet my carb needs for the day as well as getting two salad meals in a day.

I have been majorly roller-coastering the past couple years... yes, YEARS.
And for some reason I don't feel like doing that anymore. Simply don't have the energy OR interest in dealing with problems using nasty foods anymore...
SO I have been eating whatever HCLF things I crave and i think i feel GREAT yet I am confused.
Technically, I have been eating superb the last few meals: Apple sauce, frozen banana slices, and cinnamon.
So, some research has been getting done on the anti-cancer benefits of the graviola tree. They're pretty astounding. My mother is fighting breast cancer right now and I'm hoping there is really something to this. Hope this helps someone out there!
