Salt ~ Didn't know it was on the naughty list

Ok so here I am doing super duper fabulous on my RT4!! 

Big banana/date smoothies in the morning (8 bananas, 6 dates, vanilla drops and 1400ml of water). Fruit or smoothie for lunch.. sometimes some dried plums for a quick snack and then dinner is usually white rice with veggies. smoothies i have missed you :)

Just got back from an 11 day trip to Portland, Oregon.  Home in Philadelphia, PA as of last night.  I ate mostly pasta and potatoes with very small fruit breakfasts(all apples and bananas) with some pasteurized orange juice and romaine lettuce thrown in while I was away with some vegan junk thrown in (have you heard of the vegan food cart Homegrown Smoker?  worth it…).  But man, I am feeling it.

I'm enjoying my first banana smoothie in over a week and nothing has ever tasted so good…

Hyper Adrenal

Hello!!!!!

I can now say goodbye to the cholecystitis I was dealing with!! Hooray!!! Happy Dance!!!!! I went to my amazing Doc yesterday and she did her kinesiology work on me and I passed the bacteria test and inflammation test. Last week I said the pain was at a six, yesterday I said it was at a three... I haven't had a fever in five days or so nor have I been dealing with any major pain!! My first day Raw Till 4

I've been losing weight over the last year, but my diet has never really been sustainable. I would eat maybe an apple and orange for breakfast, a banana as a snack, then a tuna salad for lunch, followed by maybe soup, egg whites, mushrooms, peppers, and copious amounts of sweetened coffee. Am I Detoxing?

 I've done every diet.

 Okay, that's an overstatement. But I've done quite a few. South Beach when I was younger (which was basically an eating disorder) and several other strange fads for bursts of a week or so. A year and a half ago I started exercising religiously (I love it), and that cut the idea of dieting out of my system. I was getting slim and loving life. Stomach can't keep up with my brain :( WARNING: POO INFO

Hi I was hoping someone with a similar experience could offer any advice!? It would be appreciated.

I have been HCLF vegan since July 26th 2014. I run 5-6 days a week for 30-40 mins each time. I get about 6 hours of sleep a night.

I am eating a good amount of fruit and carbs:

Run on empty after drinking water when I wake up. Then...

I QUIT my job today!

So I will admit working at a fast food restaurant is miserable 100% of the time (at least it was for me)

Not fully Vegan yet

I haven't gone full vegan yet, i still eat other things. I am now eating more fruit than i was 2 weeks ago. why my friends are always hungry and freaking out over small things

Today I started my raw til 4 diet

I've been slowly introducing fruits and vegetables to my diet over this summer before starting the raw 'till 4 diet. Today I decided to start it, this morning I had my date and banana smoothie! Just Analyzing Life

Cholecystitis symptoms retreat ~ UTI moves in!

So there's no doubt that I am facing some immune issues! My immune system seems to be running on fumes and needs a good boost. a week and a half before the gallbladder attack, I had a week and a half long UTI. So I am new to the raw till 4 journey & digestive health, weight loss & overall mental sanity are my main goals at the moment. A Short Run Today - Day 511

I have not been able to run lately due to my increased weight and the strain on my knees and ankles.  I used to run 13 miles with barely any effort but tonight it literally hurt to run 1 mile.  I did it, though!  I ran 1.5 miles nonstop.  It seems like so little to many people, but it felt like a marathon to me.  Going to really try to get this weight back down.  I love this lifestyle, I have to make it work and I cannot keep ballooning out.  I am up another three pounds.  It is seriously my…

Cholecystitis ~ and positive energy!!

So for the past four and a half days, I have been put on bed rest for gallbladder issues. On top of that, I have been firmly scolded "no fat diet!" ... As a matter of fact, my doctor labeled my diet as the BRAT diet, she says, "a BRAT diet for a brat." :D

Relapse. Hysteria...Why stress makes you fat and disappointed over your actions and why having kids is not for everyone

Past month i've moved to europe to help my sister with her kids. my nieces... she just had a newborn and could use some help while her husband is away at work in Emirates.

Garden Harvest pics (August 2014)

The tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, beans, and melons continue to grow, and usually harvest from these daily or weekly.

The potatoes are finally ready to be harvested. James dug up a small patch for us to eat, and they were delicious with some of our beans and corn and some sliced tomatoes.

tummy fat

i've had a healthy vegan diet for over a year now. i recently started going HLCF (yep i'm making sure I eat enough with cronometer) these past couple of weeks. I haven't really experienced much weight gain. before that i had higher sodium levels and my carb ratio was probably 60:20:20 or something like 70:10:20 etc though with less fruit & minimal cooked food (I'd still have like 5-10 "medium" sized fruits a day. Passionate Vegan with digestive issues and now cholecystitis
