I love meat. in fact fish would be the main one. other than chicken and pork and occasionally beef.

Im on my 10th day of 100% 80 10 10. It has been quite easy for me, i didnt have to detox from alcohol, coffee, or wheat because i didnt used to have those things before.
i did used to eat quite a lot of chocolate and used to find it hard not to eat at least a couple of hundred calories from it a day. These 10 days i have not had one single craving for chocolate or anything.

Well, I just got done looking at calories for different fruits and veggies. I am going to have to eat a lot more than I thought. At least I like to eat.

today i dove into a cantaloupe but it was half past ripe. i wanted to do something with it to feel like it wasn't a complete waste of money by just pitching it. i rubbed it on some cuts that i acquired from off road biking this weekend. next thing i knew i was in the tub rubbing it all over my body! haha. i used the outer edge of it to scrape my skin and went back over all of it with smooth scooped out chunks. got some aroma therapy while letting it all set into my skin and hair. after…Continue
I know some people on here might say Chlorella and Nori is not vegan, but I disagree. And I would much rather do food than injections or pharmaceutically synthesized forms of B12 (cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin or methylcobalamin)
