When I decided to go overt free 42 days ago I instantly realized that I needed to raise my calorie consumption. I had previously been eating around 2400 calories with around half an avocado per day. So i am still eating low fat plant based, but I am deffinitly not eating enough fruit. I still eat some though, for example I ate a watermelon yester day, today I will have 3 cantalop. Tomorow my case of bananas should be ripe enough to eat.

Just a short line here: I kept quiet for a few months because my UC still wouldn't clear up after 2 years trying to go raw. In July suddenly I couldn't eat fruit at all anymore without getting bouts of mucous from the bowel, (maybe this info is not so interesting for healthy peeps) especially when on banana island again. Stupid dentist. I look a mess! The parts for my teeth did not come in...but they did the work anyway..moved gum tissue..put in temporary abutments..and then cemented these thick halloween looking teeth things in my mouth... I look a mess!

As I started to dread a couple of weeks ago, the rain has started here in the Comox Valley. We may get a few more sunny weeks before next spring, but very few. It rains here in the Valley for almost a solid 5 months out of the whole year! Ahhhh!
