I have been doing pull ups regularly for a few month now, not following a strict exercising plan, just having fun. So I had a lovely weekend in the Lake District, lots of fresh air, fruit and veg. I managed to do quite a bit of walking and did 2 sessions of kick boxing aaaaand had a snooze in the sunshine :D Also I visited my favourite organic fruit and veg co-op to get stocked up for the week ahead.

Banana love ...
Well, been no overt fats for about two months now (sorry, I'm lousy at keeping track of time) and I blogged about how I didn't seem to miss or crave fats and that my nails suddenly were growing and my skin wasn't getting dry.
Now for an update: I have noticed two additional results.

So the big day is getting close and I have learned so much about myself during my training. I have been on this lifestyle since January 1 2013. I have so much energy now with less need to do so much work to maintain my strength and lean physique! I also eat way more than ever and love fruit! My knee is not fully better, but i just couldn't sit at home and let RAGBRAI happen, and not be there, so i did the last 2 days. I was pretty happy with how well my knee held up.
I was really happy with the amount of good food i found this year. Well today is the 26th of March. Im very joyous. The weather in Pittsburgh is beautiful. I have only 4 lectures left in my Calculus course, and a final exam. So ready for it to be OVER! Im hoping for an A or a B.

So, here I am, on a 21 day raw journey, hoping to keep up till the end. These 21 days is by accident, I don't intent to establish a habit, though that would be great if I could maintain eating raw further than that period (visiting my parents after that, who are not familiar with raw nutrition).
