Lunch: Savory Veggie Stew with 4 Roma tomatoes, 5 Persian cucumbers, 2 celery stalks, 2 scallions, 1 red bell pepper, 5 oz. dino kale, 1 T. hemp seeds

Dinner: 4 nectarines, 2.5 bananas, 1 Dulcinea cantaloupe melon

Mental Struggles with the Idea of Purity?

30 DAY 100% RAW VEGAN CHALLENGE-day 5

breakfast-1 christmas melon

an hour later, 1.25 liters of fresh orange juice mixed with the juice of 1 heart of romaine and one heart of celery

lunch-1 banana and 570g champagne mangos

dinner-1 canteloupe

snack- 770g pineapple and 440g bananas

water-2 liters

exercise-30 min stair machine and 30 minutes hoop dancing

sleep-9 hours

First Mono-Meal Day: Too Early on the Journey

Oneday

I run on the track yesterday. Its been over 10 years since I′ve been run on the track. I took time 1000m for 3 times. 3.33 3.41 3.33 thats worth than I used to when i was a high school student(I was on a junky diet and smorker). I have someone who I want to beat someday but not now. I have no strength. There's too much of a disparity with that bastard. But watch no matter how many years it takes.

30 Day 80/10/10 RV, Day 19: WATER ME, PLEASE!!!

FOOD

Banana/Date smoothie for breakfast. Bananas for morning snack. Dates every 30-60 minutes during bike ride. Nectarines after bike ride. More bananas later. Big salad for dinner. 

WATER

adrenal fatigue, makin a few changes...

ok.  so I began 811 on June 13th.  initially had more energy.  However, my symptoms have begun to increase and getting worse.  Started banana island on Monday, today was day 4.  Was hoping that maybe it would help but clearly my body is not ready to be processing all the fruit.  :( 

Gonna stay LFRV but definitely need to reduce my fruit intake.  Because I have been in the advanced stages of adrenal fatigue, I'm not suppose to have any fruit but I was hoping my body could handle it. …

3 weeks, building confidence, can you see a difference?

So it has been a little more than three weeks and I feel great. I am starting to see some change in my face and my body. I still have a long ways to go on this journey and I am fighting cravings with carbs. Doing Freelee's challenge has been helpful these past four days...accountability goes a long way for me.

811rv - Take 2

After 3 and a half weeks 811-ish with 1 cooked meal a day, I'm back with the 100% raw.

This isn't a case of feeling like I should eat raw again, it's more that eating a kilo of potatoes was getting a bit laborious, even in a nice tomato based soup.  It's so much easier to eat a kilo of bananas!  The transition back to raw felt completely natural.

I've had 3 days raw food now and my energy is back up and I'm feeling great - hopefully this will stay a bit longer this…

I'm craving fruits and vegs :)!

At first I thought this was going to hard. Not too hard, because I already eat a fairly healthy diet and I was already vegetarian and ate mostly boiled veggies and tofu and whole grains...
