Weighed myself for first time since beginning RT4

I've lost 2kg!
even though I've been slacking on exercise, sometimes having one fruit meal and 2 cooked starch meals instead of 2 fruit meals and a  starch dinner, and I've also been cheating a bit with little salt and oil and occasional alcohol.

I know! I don't know!
I'm gunna try to be better though and hopefully results will continue even better.

Soy Protein?

Now I was a high protein guy with you know heaps of chicken and whey protein and the odd steak etc... I now lead a high carb life and vegan as much as I can but  I am new to it so I do tend to struggle when around people I have had like 2-3 meat meals like subway and a pizza with pepperoni...but thats in 2 whole months =) so I am proud as I am learning everyday. Is there a limit to how many carrots I can eat?

Hi, Please help!

My Mom just bought a whole bag of carrots from costco, like a HUGE bag. They look so tempting & yummy but i heard they are really high in sugar content. She's been buying ALOT of veggies & since no one in the house eats them as much, she expects me to finish everything. More Improvements!

Well, tonight when brushing my teeth, I noticed NO WHITE TONGUE!!! Also, that skin tag on my eye is no longer visible! I can feel a slight raised bump but it can no longer be seen! And, more saliva every day! Heels of feet are still a bit dry but no longer cracked!!!! :) And I have gone almost an entire week with no pelvic pain (still have UT pain though). I am SO HAPPY!!!!!!!

Seeing changes even through weight gain

Sooo it's been about 4 1/2 months of being raw til 4 and I am at around a 19 pound weight gain. The weirdest thing is I still look like me (with some extra padding) but I'm looking more fit than before even minus the 19 pounds. I continue to take spinning classes, although I'm listening more to my body on how hard I push. So to start: how i eat these days

I'm finishing college so I'm going to have a better routine and i can go to my favourite organic food shop so i did some calculations to find out how much food to buy:



4000kcal a day (with cycling and active life/work-style its min. i do best on) for 7 days

 = 28,000 a week

2.5kg of pasta = 8,875kcal

30BAD Challenge - Day 29 - Skin Detox and better sleep

I missed posting my progress past two weeks, I was travelling and finishing up finals, which went really well. HCRV Dreams

So since being on a HCRV lifestyle I have noticed a significant change in my dreams. Watching our gardens grow (total of 4 and a half gardens)

I haven't been busy much in the garden, I have mostly been watching the plants grow. I still have left some tomatoes needed to be transplanted as well as melons and cantaloupe plants. Some of the tomatoes and pepper plants are going to take another two weeks before they are ready to transplant in the gardens.

Exercise & Being Vegan

I'm a college student, and I also work a part time job as a graphic artist. The only rest I get is when I'm procrastinating on my homework, and actual work.

As much as I would love to exercise, I'm way too lazy to get my ass off the bed and sweat. RawTil4 -- First official blog

I like this blog feature :) Definitely plan on tracking my progress on here on my way to fully raw fabulousness. I Have a Small Problem

Hello peepers!

So I have a problem.

My problem is I can't NOT respond to trolls on YouTube. I like, have to respond.

Best Smoothie Ever!

He everyone, wanted to share this amazing recipe with you all, as I am in love!

Especially since it is finally getting warm here in Ontario, this has been my go to smoothie on a nice warm sunny morning!

All you need is orange juice, carrot juice, 8-10 mangoes, and frozen raspberries. YUMMM!

Officially Fully Raw 80/10/10!!

So Yesterday was my first day eating fully raw!! Before that i was eating raw til 4  until cooked meals just didn't seem that appealing anymore. It was so weird because it was sorta a gradual thing. My lips are better!

I think I might have had a deficiency of some sort or just dehydration because I normally have chapped lips that are pale and slightly blue in places around the edges.

Lately they look pink, feel smooth and I've only been using lip balm once or twice a day.

Except that I was using it non stop for a bit after I made my lips bleed with unripe kiwifruit.



I still havn't got a replacement blender, but I'm making freelee's banana slice, date butter layer thing with scissors…

Middle School coach had to cancel the mile run because too many parents complained.
