I do apologise if this one has been covered several times, but Im new to the best web sight in the world.  Also Im still waiting for my 801010 book to arrive in the post.

I drink organic black coffee with coconut sugar because it I love it and it gets me in the gym.

I train first thing in the morning and so I know I have already broken a golden rule in Fit For Life.

A raw vegan lifestyle is something that just naturally seems to be unfolding for me.

Fruit to get while in the US

I listed down some fruit I haven't had since the last time I was in the US as well as stuff I haven't tried yet, that I need to try! Please feel free to add to the list! I am from the Philippines and get a ton of watermelons, mangos, bananas, jack fruit, durian, so it would be nice to sample all that the US has to offer. I will be there for three weeks in June.

Airline restrictions on bringing food

I have a feeling I will be undercaloried for my flight out. The airline says "best efforts" on my raw food request.   I think I will be bringing some almonds and raisins and maybe prunes on the flight as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Day 10 Banana Island

Bloating horrible! Introduced oranges first thing in AM and waited over an hour before eating bananas. Feeling lots of pelvic floor pain and stomach burning. Beginning to think this is not for me but also do not want to give up. Bloating is just too uncomfortable! Been 80/10/10 for 58 days......

Day 53

Lips ok this morning. Not too itchy or anything. Got worse as the day went on because didn't drink enough throughout. Really itchy after banana/greens dinner smoothie. Not sure why.

Acne still coming up. Cystic and regular. Annoying. Hoping it will ease up and go away.

Weight trained chest today.

where can i find fruit in hawaii

 hey ya'll new to 30bad and I'm on my way to visit Hawaii at the end of June. I was hoping someone or someones might know the best places to score amazing Hawaiian fruit!! I'll be visiting the island of Oahu and staying near pearl city, but am willing to travel a bit to find the fruit!.  Any recommendations for farmers markets, etc?

Travel ups and downs

I've been traveling back home for the last few days and its been a struggle. I'm staying vegan and trying to still do raw til 4 but its been a huge struggle. Airports were fine- I was able to find plenty of vegan food, but since getting to southern Indiana. Oh boy!

Eating too many bananas?

I haven't picked up the 80/10/10 book yet and my question might be answered there but I would like to ask all of you my question. How is only eating 30 bananas a day healthy? Too much potassium is poisonous to the kidneys is it not?

Day 52

Lips totally fine this morning except for a little redness. No itching, peeling, chapped, or anything. I think it's because I drank a lot yesterday evening since I had a greens smoothie for dinner. Lips got progressively worse throughout day and got super itchy and red by night.

Acne still a problem. New cystic and regular acne.

Not itchy on neck or arms today, but jawline still slightly itchy.

Super tired. No weight training today.

Day 9 - Banana Island

So.....today I worked out again. 1 1/2 mile run with my dog, followed by a 300 rep abs workout, followed by 100 bodyweight squats. Not an intense workout but good. Ate 25 nanners today along with one meal of apples. Loads of water, too. Also taught a kickboxing class but I did not participate - it was outdoors, so I got some natural vitamin d.

Help! I have acne on my chest... or some sort of rash like acne and I have been Raw for over a year already!

My acne will go down on my face if I don't touch it, but my chest looks so gross. I feel shy and gross a lot because of it and tend to cover up my chest area. But as it gets closer to summer, the more I want to wear lighter tops. The thing is, I have been raw for a while now. Fully raw most days. (having mostly fruit and veggies and pratically no nuts!)

Raw Creating Warmth

I have always suffered from feeling the cold. I live at the base of a mountain in a gully and I have to ride my motorbike up and down the mountain for work. Getting Compliments

Has anyone else been getting compliments lately?  It feels good.  From people whom I don't know mistaking me for an Ironman athlete, another person telling me he wished he was in good shape like me as I stretched getting ready for a run.  I told him one year ago I looked like him (he was unfit and overweight).

Eat a banana or stick it you know where

It has only been in the last few days that I have stumbled across Durianrider and 30 bananas a day. 

I have become such a huge, instant fan and now I list him as one of my heroes. 

He just says it how it is.

My take is that there has been enough nice time and tolerance given to a society that has been unfortunately brainwashed by the reptilian agenda. People need to be told the raw facts.

Weight gain=healing. My new and improved boobs, energy, and digestion.

I have been having my own little raw revelation these past few months. I think you know that I have long suffered from an eating disorder. When I first started eating 811 I felt such a renewed connection with my food and very empowered by feeding my body such healing foods. Newly Vegan

I started my high carb, low fat vegan lifestyle out this Memorial Day weekend.  I attended the March Against Monsanto (with my anti-GMO sign) and a fruitluck (with jackfruit, papayas, and apriums).  The fruitluck was amazing.  It's refreshing to meet people who have similar diets.  Not once was I asked where I got my protein from!  Plus, it was fun.  I hope dragon fruit will be in season for the next fruitluck.  I've been really craving…
