DAY 4 OF 100 ON 80/10/10 NO OVERT FAT DAY

Every day I am hungry and that is wonderful!!!  What I mean by that is that I am wanting MORE food.  I am almost up to my pre-92 day juice feast days when I ate an enormous amount for dinner.  Yea!! 

 

I want less watermelon and more solid food.  So on day 5 I am increasing the bananas and decreasing my watermelon to 1/2 of a personal size melon.  That should do the trick. 

 

Today's stats from Cron-o-meter:  87.1% carbs 5.7% fat 7.2% protein.  2443 total calories…

SLEEP - 9:30? - 5:00 slept the whole way through, besides minimal tossing and turning.

I was in bed on skype for ages before I went to sleep. Didn't take long at all to go to sleep once i turned my phone off and went for the last loo trip. Woke up at 5 without my alarm, was so impressed with myself :)

4/30 - TIRED!

Good evening!

Day 1 (aka last month)

So, I have just recently started on the HCRV journey. Yes I'm a newbie! I've been researching for about the last two months, and for about the last month or so actually starting the road to becoming a high carb raw vegan. DAY 3 OF 100 80/10/10 -- I'M CATCHING ON!

The 80/10/10 approach to incredible raw health is not for the lazy, weak, whinny people of the world who are so overcome with toxicity they can't see straight. LOL  That being said it does take some effort and committment.  It requires prep time, shopping consciously and selectively, eating enough, exercising daily, adequate sleep-8 hrs-, hydration, and non-stop kitchen clean-up!  LOL

3 Weeks, 2 days HCRV

So...now I'm up to 3 weeks being 100% raw!  I'm starting to notice some wonderful changes.  My digestion is still PERFECT!  For me, this is great (I suffer from IBS).  I went from having a BM maybe 3 times a week to at least once a day!!!  My face is looking more vibrant than before, and my runs are getting faster.  I was eating around 1500 calories a day, now I am able to hold 2000.  Not there yet, but getting there.  I can honestly say I have not craved cooked foods at all.  There are…

NEWBIE

WOW! What can I say? This is now my very first blog...EVER!!! :-)

I am sooo new to this whole Raw Foods/Vegan lifestyle thing. I'm a NEWBIE alright.

3/30: ON TRACK!

Good evening!

Even if I twisted my plan a little bit (a whole melon instead of a half + a grapefruit), I'm still on track. Even though my day was very busy, I feel satisfied - no craving!

3 months 80-10-10

Hey fruity community !

So it's been more than 3months since I quit any animal 'foods'. Oh, those months were so changing... literally, my life changed so much... Me and my hubby moved from flat to house near regional park, my hubby started working halfday and my studies are on it's final days. Also I plan to get rid of soooo much stuff I really don't need! DAY 2 OF 100 80/10/10 PROGRAM --- CRON-O-METER SUCCESS!

I had a rest from overt fats today.  I've decided with my doctor to allow one overt fat day per week for social sharing of food.  I can handle this I believe.  If I have any problems I'll go back to no overt fats and make only receipes that follow that rule.

1 full week so far...

Well id like to say i survived a week but id be lying! i did 5 days straight no cheating then gave in and cheated on sat and a little sunday and when i told myself i wouldnt do it, i did it today!!
