didnt eat enuff!!

so i had a really good day. i ate and ate and ate.. well i didnt eat enuff calories. at 8pm i still needed 1000 cals!! and only got half my protein today. oh well aint gonna stress over it. ill get it tomorrow. so i made a evening smoothie and hope that'll keep me from wakin up starvin. maybe i should have done nanner and date..oh well. am sooo full!!! will have to make sure tomorrow my food is more protein and…

119 mile bike ride aka worst day of my life

Today, I thought it'd be a great idea to go from my 50 mile route and upgrade to a 100 mile route, but apparently the trail went ~20 miles further than I thought. When I got to the 60 mile halfway point, I turned around, and it started raining a half mile into my ride back. And it kept raining. The whole way back. It was 50-55 degrees, which wasn't bad, but I only had a winter thermal top, muscle shirt and shorts. No rain gear, as it wasn't supposed to rain today as of the 7am forecast.…

My daily fruit journey

Woke up this morning and decided on a watermelon. Ate half, waited an hour and then ate the rest. Boy, it sure digests fast. Can't wait until my body catches up on the healing. I'm excited about feeling like a human again!

one week down

I've been lfrv for a week now.  And I feel fantastic.  I was secretly hoping for a drastic change in one week, obviously that didn't happen.  I didn't drop a size or lose cravings.  So it goes.

Hellllooo. So I'm back on 30bad and the 80/10/10 wagon. The diet is much more do-able for me since last time I was doing it, and lasted 6 months I was in Saskatchewan in mid winter. I'm now in Vancouver and there are so many produce stores I feel like I am in wonderland haha. I've finished 1 month 80/10/10. Sick of sweetness...

OMG... I don't know what happened with my motivation and stuff, but at the moment I am sick of bananas... It is more than 2 months since trying to eat 80 10 10 (we still ate boiled potatoes and rice), and today I tried to get totally raw... Think i got Sick :( Need Help !

Hi every body ,

its been about a week now tht i dont realy feel well ! " easily get angry which is not me at all ! , get stomachache 3-4 times a day , get up with terrible headache in morning and not in good mood !

HELP! I get SOOO tired and can't seem to stuff it al in!

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the LFRV lifestyle, since one week I've been doing my best, but it's not been 100% raw. The first 3 days I did wel, even though I did get tired, but I didn't eat anything else but bananas (smoothies), which makes me happy. Hitting snags.

I've been finding it very difficult to stay 100% Low-Fat Raw Vegan.  I really need to keep more varieties of fruit in the house. I love Bananas and oranges but it's rough just starting out! So I'm still eating cooked veggies and grains. Which is still hard to do while living in a house with an avid meat eater. First raw lunch

Went to my first raw lunch and i am SO encouraged, supported, enthused and fed :)
strait after a heated conversation about how mad i've become, my unstable frame of mind and unhealthy attitude toward health and food, the raw lunch was exactly what i needed to remind me i'm not crazy i'm blessed to be where i am.

About to jump down the rabbit hole.

There's a countdown app on my phone that is telling me 3 days until going raw (May 1st). What started out as a research for having meatless May, lead me to the high carb raw vegan diet. It just seems like the best fit for me, as in, something that I could maintain for an extended period.
