I know logically that this is the right way of eating for me, but I don't want to be logical right now. Got tboned by a car on my bike as I road to the Thursday night social ride here... I seem to be fine other than a hole in my shoe and a little road rash on my right shin. Went on to ride another 15 or so miles on the social ride... so I'm probably just fine.

So apparently I've picked up a staph infection in my small intestine... I've been advised to go off of raw foods for 17 days to help heal the enteritis (inflammation) in my small intestine. I was told to eat very bland food such as applesauce and mashed sweet potatoes. Today is day 2 off the raw and I am so incredibly tired. I have taken on a 7 month 90% raw challenge. The other 5-10 % will be brown rice or steamed vegetables all natural.
90% Raw for 7 months is a huge step in the right direction for me and I am soo excited!

Ok, intake for today thus far:
Brekkies: 4 apples (all I could force down, I'm really starting to despise apples)
Lunch: 5 oranges
Lunch 2 (lol): 7 oranges

Dates may be my only hope for getting enough calories...
I've to 30 bananas and 2lbs of baby spinach worth of smoothie in the fridge.
I've eaten 2.37 lbs of mangos, and 32 oz of raw unpastuerized orange juice.
If I succeed in eating all of the smoothie, I will be close to enough calories for today... but I'm not even a 3rd of the way through, and I don't think I can make it, it's just to much food :(

hey guys so i have been cutting out some of the greens and veggies i have been having for more fruit..... for about 6 days now, but for the past 2-3 days i cant eat any without feeling like im going to be sick and feel SO bloated and full after about 2 spoonfuls!

I have been lfrv for about a month now.
When I started i had one small cavity(my first one ever), I was eating mostly high-fat raw, with some cooked vegan meals(lentil soup, corn, yams) not as much fruit. After a month on 100% lfrv I have spotted four new cavities, all in the back molars =/

So my calorie gap is down to around 1000 calories below what I should be eating... sadly that's not because I got in more calories today, but rather because I was less physically active today (sadly, I can't spend all day on a weekday riding my bike from yoga class to yoga class :( ).
