Hello anyone and everyone who reads this, this is my first blog post ever. Still trying to learn the ropes of this lifestyle and online blogs! I will go right into my first question: Can you heal injuries on this lifestyle? I played field hockey for 10 years and played a season with my hip out of joint. I pretended it didn't bother me but it did! It really, truly did! I didn't even feel like a person after a while, and wanted desperately…Continue

Because I have such a strong passion for protecting the environment, humans, and animals from needless suffering, I chose to stop paying for other people to abuse, torment, and kill animals for my own satisfaction. People always say that being a vegan must be way too difficult because they could never give up the foods that they love. But in my opinion, the hardest part of…Continue
The truth is, it is pretty socially acceptable not to love your body.
There are lots of things in our culture that encourage us not to love our physical forms.
If you are struggling with self love/body love, it can be very helpful to acknowledge what may be holding you back, so that you can move forward.
