Day 10 and 11 - Skin noticeably clearer and softer.

Day 10/11  27 and 28/2/13

SLEEP - 8 hours

EXERCISE - Constantly moving but no pacific exercise.

SUN - No sun :(

WATER - 3L of distilled water not including water in smoothies.

All meals for both days were HCRV. Mostly mono meals and a couple of two fruit smoothies. 500ml Green juice on 1 of the days. Also a large salad. 

Total Calories - 3000 +

DAY 9 - 26/2/13

SLEEP - 8 hours

EXERCISE - Walking and cycling

SUN - No sun :(

WATER - 3L of distilled water not including water in smoothies.

MEAL 1 - Mango and Banana smoothie. 1040 Calories

MEAL 2 - Dates. 300 Calories

MEAL 3 - Mango's and Tomato's. 800 Calories.

MEAL 4 - Banana Smoothie. 900 Calotries.

Total Calories - 3040

Fell off of the wagon :(

I have been doing good on the HCRV for past 3 days... I know it's not a lot but for me it was a great deal. I have never been a vegetarian nor vegan. I struggled today(4th day) with bad craving of Cooked food. I Couldn't resist and ate it... I think it might be because I was counting calories trying to keep it down to lose weight fast... Aaand finally back again to 100% raw

after taking some time to establish myself here in Toronto I've finally organized life in a way that i can be 100% raw even on a student budget. New to 80/10/10

It has only been about a week and a half since i turned over from being gluten free vegan to 80/10/10. has anyone else had any feelings of detoxification? I feel like over all i have much more energy but don't feel 100% yet.  I am also a little frustrated b/c i feel like i am eating as much as i can and its still only amounts to 2300 cal ish. The longer you are HCRV, the more sensitive you become towards cooked food

Is this true? Because I've been going on and off raw and every time I go back to cooked starches I seem to feel even worse than the last time I ate cooked food.

First Juicer Purchased! (L'Equip Mini Juicer Model 110.5)

Success! Success! Success

I Did It! Thanks to the motivation from 30 Bad, I did it!

I have had a great 811 day. It began with a 2 banana smoothie and almond milk. After that, I decided I would check out the movie Earthlings.....me, thinking it was about animals and peaceful things, a fantastic movie to watch Sunday morning. I mean, Joaquinn Phoenix, right?

My working out experiences

So I am an inbetweener right now.  I eat mostly fruit, but I am still trying to figure out salad dressings so I can  incorporate greens and then be done with cooked foods FOREVER.  So my transition foods that I have kept in my diet are a fortified almond milk and sautéed potatoes. Day 2: Do or Die.

Last night, my dog that passed away a couple of weeks ago visited me in my dreams. She was so happy and healthy, just as I had known her for 14 years. There was nothing more I had wanted in my dream than to stay and enjoy her happiness with her forever. I awoke feeling very lonely and sad, but I have never felt before that what I am doing is so right until now.

My thoughts on cooked foods like pure potatoes

I just wanted to share with you a summary of my experiment with cooked foods.

I was 100% raw (law fat vegan of course) no overt-fats for one month and had lots of cravings for salt and fat which I could easily overcome by understanding that salt is just addiction and craving for fat is craving for calories.
