I find it so funny when people say that being vegan must be very restrictive or hard because this is the first time in my life that i haven't been restrictive with what i eat! i down so many different fruits and vegetables and carbs and i feel amazing!
It certainly was scary eating so much more than what i'm used and i was afraid of weight gain at first but i just listened to my body and how it is responding and I've actually lost weight. I know I'm becoming the being I was supposed…Continue
So I've been doing Raw Til 4 pretty consistently for about a week or so, haven't really been counting the days, haha. My breakfast and lunches have almost exclusively been 1,000 calorie datorades. They're easy to make, and I only add a little water, so they're much more compact and easier to handle than a 10 banana smoothie with the same amount of calories. Sorry, but when I'm going to work in the morning, I don't have time to spend an hour drinking a giant smoothie, and I can't really bring…Continue
Lets talk relationships.
This is one of the most requested video topics I have gotten over the last year.
For me, relationships are a HUGE topic, and one that has so many nuances and intricacies, so I wanted to wait to make sure I had something very solid and empowering to say before I took on the subject.
In this video my Partner Marcus and I talk about our experience…Continue

Every year I purchase from the Veganseeds people. This year I purchased less seeds from vegan seeds company, and am experimenting with another seed company on amazon called SOS (seeds of sustenance). From the vegan seeds company, the pack contained 2,500 Total…Continue

I'm from Malaysia, and I am an international student who pursued a degree in the US and I have to say that this place is magnificent for vegans and raw foodist alike. Where I live (Fresno, California), it's the capital for agriculture and fruit and vegetable production. And I love it so much. You'll get fresh fruits and vegetable from Costco, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joes or the farmers market. And this place has sun most of the time of the year!
I see that…Continue

WHATDUPP FRUIT FLIES!
Just got back from a holiday with my family in Florida and had some hard reflections on my purpose in the world. We went to disneyworld and all that jazz and I realized, damn, it is freaking hectic and chaotic. Undercharged people just pissed off at everything, especially their children. It doesn't help that the children are always asking for something and complaining about everything.
I walked so much during this holiday that I thought I…Continue
Hey guys and gals!
Well I have to say this 2 year transition was the hardest thing I've EVER had to go through, but it flew by. The stomach pains were the WORST. I can now eat completely HCRV all I want with no stomach pains and have been HCRV since October 6th 2015. 22 pounds gone so far! Woot! I cheated for almost the whole of october going vegitarian so I didn't lose ANY weight that month at all. If I had been RT4 that month I'd probably be at 30 pounds lost by now…Continue
I know that I made a post about this before but...
Im going to link it this time: Forum Thread About Me (bullies)
These people started back in October on the 25th were these people discovered my youtube channel dedicated to veganism and Japanese culture loving! They hate freelee because…Continue
Im so happy! So my father is in his 50's I think.. And he has a blockage in two of his arteries and also suffers with obesity and diabetes. Today he officially announced hes going vegan for his health and I am very happy that he had his smoothie I made for him. But, I am thinking since I like to change up my veganism ever once in a while with going raw and then doing raw till 4 I do not know which one to stem from to teach him the way of the vegforce :)
Should I start off easing him…Continue
I have been vegan for a couple months now and it is wonderful. I was vegetarian for 5 years I believe. I have a past of stomach issues and anxiety so switching over to vegan was an incredible change and also much easier than I thought it would be.
My goal is to go raw but I am enjoying being vegan and discovering the many health benefits as well as learning as much as I can. Youtube and Google has been my best friend!
To the main point.... I decided to kick off the new…Continue

So, A long while ago I had a Youtube channel based on not only veganism but, a little unknown thing called "living doll" (lifestyle) and also Japanese culture liking in general. So, I ended up getting a bad rep because I tried to fight off or get rid of/expose a website for its rudeness and mean comments towards some of my fav youtubers.. And I ended up getting a huge thread dedicated to bringing me down mentally and making me feel horrible about myself. Now, after its happened Ive started…Continue
New Years Resolutions, generally speaking, are kinda bunk.
The stats that tell us people give up on them before February are kind of heart breaking.
They may make you feel like setting goals is simply hopeless.
That if you do not have the will power of an Ox, you are bound to be one of those people who lets their gym membership gather dust.…Continue
