I am just starting out. I have been researching for the past year. This is my first week of transition. I have started by eating fruit or veggie(s) or both for breakfast. I am only on the first step, I suppose. Maybe from this information, you can guide me.

Greetings w cashwell, it’s nice to meet you too! I was drawn to the lfrv lifestyle because there is such a simplicity and deep truth that underlies this way of eating. I’m now approaching my 3rd year living 100% low-fat raw vegan. (Before that, I was more ‘mainstream’ raw with 30-40% fat but fruit is so much tastier than nuts and seeds!! lol) Have a wonderful week my friend! :-D
This is to your question.
I have been Raw for 2 years actually going on 3 years.
and for the 3 years I became a certified rawfood chef/instructor
but it's funny because, I was already eating raw 2 years prior to that so for me 4 years. (2006) before I even knew it was called rawfood. I just called it "natural food" and so my gas bill was cut off, leaving me to have to create "natural dips" etc. I done more research and saw that you can do so much more with raw meals etc and from there I got certified. I was making low fat raw vegan meals, and am once again back to the simple dishes without all the additives. I can go on an on.
But feel free to ask me about my journey. I am here my friend
