I am just completing the 30th day of 80-10-10. I am not weighing myself or measuring anything until after 3 months, but I do know I am lighter and definitely more energetic. I still have not found employment so there have been about 5 days where I employed potatoes and/or rice where I did not have fruit. We were blessed to get a nice donation today which allowed us to buy $100 of Fruit! I am very happy and thankful. We got 3 cases of bananas, 2 cases of oranges, 2 watermelons, 3 cantaloupes and some seedless raisins. With 10 people in one home this will last about 3-4 days. But hey, I will take it for now and count myself blessed.

Day 222 of the Fruit feast. i sprained my neck muscle again last week while doing chins. i believe its because i have increased the intensity of the workout by increasing the number of reps of push ups and keeping
the rest period between them the same (2 minutes). i felt something
