You know who you all are, 14 - 20something and you "get it". You get it in a way that many people 2 and 3 times your age don't. They invent all kinds of mental gymnastics to justify what they think…Continue

We've recently ticked over at 20,000 members here at 30Bad. I will come back to that shortly.
I haven't been on here much due to work, but I just wanted to pop in to comment on the recent "Pioneer-Gate" thing swirling around the Woodstock Fruit Festival.

Thanks and nice to meet you :)
Thank you Chris, and nice to meet you as well. :)
Fantastic. I feel stronger and healthier already and I'm just getting started. I can't thank you enough.
Thanks for the tip!
Thanks Chris. For the first time in many many years I look forward to waking up to a new day. As I learn more of the great things that I can eat on my new raw vegan lifestyle, I have just one question. Is it okay to dehydrate bananas and other fruit? I have a dehydrator and made some great banana chips and banana jerky. I just wanted to make sure that by drying them that they are still good for you. Great snacks, hope so. Thanks again.
Thanks, Chris! I discovered Cron-o-meter, which has been extremely helpful for tracking everything and making sure I eat enough!
Thank you!
Thank you chris!! :)
Haha, yes, I know this - I like to say I'm a delayed aprils fool. :-)
Happy birthday to you! You picked the best birthday date one can have, right? :-)
