I've been a vegan for a few years and started to eat more raw food recently. From the very first time I watched one of Durianrider's videos on youtube I felt inspired and went straight to the grocery store and got some bananas and dates, made myself a smoothie and felt great. Haven't changed the diet since then. I felt better and healthier on the very first day and have the intention to continue with the diet. For a long time I cooked vegan and macrobiotic food and I was always passionate about it. But I rea;;y got to the point of being in depression about the way I look, even following a healthy, clean, plant-based diet. Got the 801010 book a few months ago with the intention to go on the diet, but what really made me do it was to actually see people talking about it and showing results. I really like the videos, the idea, the way that inspires me to become a better person, with a better health and body. I am also into cycling and I cycle a lot. Use my bike as my only way of transportation in San Francisco. I still want to be able to cycle and run a lot more, and get in better shape and feel better about myself. Thank you for the videos, and the messages and everything. You are a true inspiration.
