Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. I started on the 80-10-10 lifestyle in August 2012. While I LOVE -- love, love, love -- fruit, and completely agree with the principles of 80-10-10, I have split my calories between raw fruit and vegetables, and rice, in these colder months. However, as the weather grows warmer, I am transitioning back to 100% raw, and I couldn't be more excited! =D
I have followed this community since my turn towards this lifestyle this past August. I am happy to finally be a part of it! =)
I walk, practice Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and lift heavy. I eat between 3000 and 4000 calories per day, and am seeing slow, but excellent progress in my strength and body composition. I am positive that my transition back to 100% raw will yield even better results! ^^

I was HCRV in the warmer months, but have been splitting my calories between raw fruit and vegetables, and rice. However, I am transitioning back to all raw (exciting!!), as the weather is finally warming up again. I don't think I will need too much help, but I appreciate any advice I may solicit in the future. =)
