I would like to see some testimonials for those who have really stuck it out, gained weight, and now are losing or met goal weight on Raw til 4? I see people maintaining or gaining but never any stories of those who really have recovered over a long period and finally are eating to abundance and have begun to finally lose.
I have found a plan that works for me. It allows me to eat to my heart's content and not worry about gaining on cooked foods or having enough energy to run 10 miles a day. I have to eat fruit for energy so that could be anything from bananas to 20 peaches. I eat all mono fruit meals every day 5 days a week. Then on Thurs. and Sun. I eat a cooked meal. I get the great effects of eating all raw plus eating raw til 4. I love this and finally found my path with this way of life. I am thin…Continue
Hey, I got in a pinch and went to McDonalds! LOL! Guess what I had. I ordered a pineapple/mango smoothie WITHOUT the yogurt. It is made with real fruit and they will make it without the yogurt which is normally put in. They also had pomegranite/blueberry. So if you are traveling or out with friends you can still eat fruit.
As I was transitioning into going all raw, this happened to me quite frequently. I would eat fruit all day and then have a heavy meal sometimes which included fat or just some sweet desserts in general. I would feel my heart starting to beat irregularly even into the next day until I started to eat fruit. I would also stand up and feel dizzy. Anyone have this happen. Even if I mess up still this happens.
