I have been restricting calories for over 3 years ranging between 1000-1600. Keeping my weight down has been an extreme struggle, I know it is so because my body is fighting back due to not eating enough.
This is my 4th day on 811, HCRV.
My greatest concern is weight gain and time for my body to recover. I am looking for people in similar situations who already surpassed this ugly stage, to tell me their own experiance, what to expect, and guidance/tips.
I already watched freelee's videos regarding calorie restriction and how her weight flactuated and read ''How to accept fat gain and being a stronger person as a LFRV''.
I am the only one in my family doing this, as well as at my university. I hope this forum will give me the support I need.

you got a beautiful hair!!!!!!!!! bdw. the weight gain i am great example, I did waterfast, did struggle my health 2x and so it is not easy for me to build condition, but I am still in, coz whenever i go off the diet, i simply get sick again(now)..so it is more than just a weight,hope it inspires your princessa! bzzzzzzzzz. fruit fly is flying around your fruit. T. bdw. what do you study? me law.
