Definately most helpful to those with past bloodsugar probs .....be the green queen!! It helps enormously (I have found) to eat and drink greens with every meal!! Even if you are snacking on a few dates, wrap them in Kale or Lettuce.....somehow it helps enormously in digestion and I dont seem to need as many (dates) because am more satisfied and for longer!! Still getting cravings and very much finding it easy to eat 3000cal of fruit per day. Full up with oranges, pineapples, bananas (10 is easy) apples and dates....a bit worried that my bloodsugars are going crazy and I am craving more and more fruit!! It all gets calmed down by avocado on raw salad...anyone know a way out of this? Yes I am a very active person, digging the vege garden and running around after kids are my fav passtimes. Help me someone!!
