Since January 9th 2009 I began to eat 30 days raw. Looking for info and like minded people. Always on the lookout for tips on what to carry and eat while hiking in the mountains. My desire for sultanas and dates is not that big and well 30 bananas a day, that is way too much to carry in a back-pack. So comments and tips on that are always welcome.

Why is dinner time slip up time?

Posted on February 10, 2009 at 8:33pm 11 Comments

Every couple of days I slip up in the evening.

The morning is fine with smoothie of 5 bananas, blueberries or mango or apple and 2 cups of water.

Lunch will be another smoothie of 4 bananas, maybe 2 pears or apples and romaine lettuce or celery.

Snack on 2 persimmons or cucumber with tomatoes.

And then dinner, first the cooking for the children, then my own salad getting ready.

Their meal smells mjummy and it is warm (!) and I will take one spoonful of the… Continue

811 Netherlands, Fruity Netherlands, of?

In ieder geval bedankt!
