Every couple of days I slip up in the evening.
The morning is fine with smoothie of 5 bananas, blueberries or mango or apple and 2 cups of water.
Lunch will be another smoothie of 4 bananas, maybe 2 pears or apples and romaine lettuce or celery.
Snack on 2 persimmons or cucumber with tomatoes.
And then dinner, first the cooking for the children, then my own salad getting ready.
