still fruiting myself hello everyone, before being a raw vegan was something i talked about and fell off and on and in and out of, now no talking just walking praise God for giving me the strength to be consistent, to everyone out there stay the coarse, amen have a great terrific and blessed day every one,

this website is freaking awesome just knowing that their are so many others out there so willing to encourage you and pass on knowledge and experience is such an encouragement,…

 Hi Mark! How are you? It is nice to talk with you. I am coming off being less raw and last week I started with salt again .I am now off salt as It was evident to anyone I met that I ate it. I am trying to drink the water again , eat my fruit, mono fruit eating in the am. That is working at present . I have my smoothie at lunch which I split up in the pm. In the evening my green salad works with a fruity dressing.I am only walking at present but hope to swim and bike soon. It is hard for me to get away to exercise unless I get up super early. Hopefully this will get me moving again. By the way you look amazing! You are really coming along ! Good Luck!

I'm keeping my head up, lovie.

Today, I've been renewed to the lifestyle.  I was thinking about giving it up for a moment.  But since I'm getting more into the health of it and how much to eat.  I've redetermined for myself to eat as much as I can and that's it.  

I was worried about undernourishment, but after learning a bit more about the body, I learned it is never undernourished when its satisfied.  People can talk about calorie numbers all day long, but the body cares not for numbers.  It will ask for more when it wants more.  So, I just quit stuffing myself past full.  Now, I'm just eating.  I feel a lot better.  

Now that I don't believe that I'll be lethargic from not enough calories.  I've been doing fine.  Belief plays more of role in our health than does facts and figures and foods and pills.

I'm glad you're doing well lovie.  I do have pics that I'm taking every few days.  I'm keeping up.  I haven't gotten smaller or fitter yet.  I have boat loads of energy, even with the SAD foods coming in intermittently.  I'm just looking forward to being fit and healthy and taking off the stomach.  I don't want the belly.  :)  The baby is 13 now.  Its past due for improvement.

All is well.  Thanks so much for checking on me.  I am studying the Tao Te Ching. It is awesome. I can't believe I haven't logged in here in 4 days.  I guess I'm getting a little more clear on the diet, so I don't have as many questions as I once had.  I do love the energy here and my friends and I am still learning.  :)
