Anyone who knows me well, knows that I have suffered enormously from what we beleive to be a parasympathetic nervous system disorder known as "Reynaud's" disease,
by which one's fingers and toes can go completely numb very easily in the cold. My body used to define "cold" as *anything below 70f*!
Today, I walked around all day without hat, gloves etc... and even went for short jog this evening at 30 degrees F ( 0 degrees C) and not an ioda of feeling cold nor… Continue
