Distilled water in gallon size containers or tap water?

I've used gallon sized distilled water for years. I usually bought it from Whole Foods or Cub or Rainbow Foods. After watching movies " Bag It", "Tapped" and "Plastic Planet" I am not so sure I was making good choices about my water. It turns out that the dangers of plastic could very well outweigh the benefits of distilled water. I do have thyroid problems and by using plastic containers I may have actually made my hormonal system worse rather then better. At the same time I can't start…See More

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
I really want to be HCRV and just need some guidance
Are you Connected?
no & keen to connect
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
Just recently opened a world of Dean Koontz with his"The Watchers". Absolutely loved the dog's personality. I like to read diet books but since transitioning to 811 noticed some snobbishness about myself towards other raw authors.

I like sci-fi movies like "Oblivion" and "Upside down".
I like to think about different people's personalities.
At the moment I am enjoying Russian series "Angel on duty", it's a bit silly and cheesy at times but helps me to fall asleep at night.
We recommend you purchase Freelee's ebook "Go fruit Yourself!". It is a must-read for newbies to the high carb raw vegan lifestyle.
http://www.30bananasaday.com/freeleesebook
Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I need lots of support I can't get at home. Maybe this is the main reason behind my many attempts and failures to maintain 811rv lifestyle.
30bad is a fruit-focused vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. Really short entry.

Want to become healthy

Posted on February 22, 2013 at 3:04pm 0 Comments

I need to stick with the program to help myself to get rid of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and ....diabetes.

I have had high cholesterol for many years but never wanted to take medicine.

I have had high blood pressure for years but always thought that I had a fear of medical clinics and that is why my blood pressure was high during my visits.

I can't be diabetic! My mother has diabetes but I can't be! No!

So I've been living with this kind of…

I'm 26. I'm not sure if I would ever give 811 a try if not sports and desire to be as healthy as reasonably attainable. 811 just makes sense to me, but I also find it hard to convince my relatives to try it. I'm trying to persuade my mother...
Since your son is Russian, you can try to come up with some crazy bet where loser would have to eat only fruits and veggies for 2 weeks. After he'll feel it for himself, he might like it... If seriously, I think the best strategy is not to actively convince anyone but just let them see your transformations as you follow this style (and become healthier, happier, etc) and honestly answer any questions people have (and they will). Let people discover this instead of pushing it hard to them.

Hey Luba,

I hope you feel better soon. Being sick is the worst!

I'm new to this too. You have all of my support.
Hang in there and don't be hard on yourself, honey.
This isn't easy, and we have to just be patient with ourselves.
Keep your chin up :o)

Hey luba

You're never too old to learn :o)

I dont find it particularly difficult being a conventional nutritionist whilst believing in 811/hygienic principles. Theres actually a surprising amount if information that one learns when studying nutrition conventionally that supports these ideas. Its just that people tend not to pay much attention to these things, or tend not to put two and two together. Mainly because they are not conditioned to, and are not interested or invested in making certain changes themselves.

Nonetheless, you do still learn some crap. You just have to keep studying others stuff to stop letting it get to you.

Take care

Luba, yes I am already a qualified nutritionist. I find it unlikely you would be able to do a masters degree straight off, since most programs build on what you already know. In the UK the college I am at is private. They do offer fast-track programs, however they are not that fast...4-6 years is likely. They would more than likely suggest you just do their undergraduate programme. You could do that in 3 years, then do the masters in 2.

Take care
