Hello my name is Jazz and am very new to this LFRV lifestyle. At the moment I am not 100% LFRV but I am incorporating more raw foods in my diet. I would like to eventually move to being a dedicated LFRV this new year of 2013.... I would just like to absorb as much information possible regarding this lifestyle so I can do it successfully and with confidence.... thus joining this amazing website. I am currently a full time student and I do some modeling on the side. My goal is to reach my best shape in the healthiest way possible. Im done with the restricting and the calorie counting. I want a life full of abundance and joy especially when it comes to food.

I haven’t been on 30 Bad in quite a while… I fell off the bandwagon a couple of months ago. I started being vegan exactly on the 8th of January and consistently for a month and a half I ate completely raw. I found it difficult due to stress related to school as well as the social situations as it was hard to go out with family and my parents getting upset because I was being so choosy with where we should eat every time even when there were guests around. What are the cons of me adding these cooked foods into my predominantly low carb raw vegan lifestyle. Sometimes I don't feel like I have the luxury of being picky when going out eating with family and friends. But of course, I would eat them with no added salt or oil. Any feedback would be awesome <3

So I did the 8 minute abs thing for like 2 months earlier this year, but I wasn't eating mostly fruits, high carb vegan and when it was cold sometimes not low fat. At some point I kindo slacked off on the abs routine to just once a week or even 2 weeks. 
I've been back to nearly 955 for over a month now and have increased the exercises again, I've taken up the 100 squats a day challenge and I'm going to see where that takes me. Maybe I'll combine both workouts, I've found planking really works the abs too.

This is how far I've come with a kindo inconsistent diet/workout routine:

Ahh I see, thanks for the tip. Never tried interval training. 
With biking I usually go at 1 steady speed, sometimes a bit faster/slower depending on the roads or traffic but yeah that makes sense, going hard for a little and then take it easy and repeat. I'll try that :)

Got any cardio/fat burning tips for me miss? 
Been doing the abs for 3 weeks straight every day, they sure do feel tight now, but there's still a little bit of belly fat covering them, I wanna burn that stuff off.
