i have been hight fat raw for 8 months, and following the 801010 diet for about one month and 1/2...i want achieve a better physical and mental health and could already notice improvements..yet i am looking for more infos and motivation..i am also interested in yoga and spirituality, love reading and traveling

Per quanto riguarda le calorie, mangi i datterri? Sono davvero un'ottima fonte di energia, in particolare se si fa il 'datorade' (i datterri mescolati con l'acqua). In oltre, mangi dei smoothies?
