I have been vegetarian and then vegan for 5 years. In October 2011 I went to Bali for a yoga TTC and I had my first introduction to Raw food which was gourmet and high in fat. I loved it and made me feel really well. I decided to study to become a raw food chef so I went to Matthew Kenney Academy and I started working as a raw chef in yoga retreats and a raw café in Mallorca (Spain). After 6 months on this diet a started feeling not so well as at the beginning and I didn't understand why!!! Now I do...too many nuts and seeds! I was not eating enough carbohydrates and I was overeating fats. I picked up weight, started craving sweet things, feeling weak and lazy...so I decided to go back to some cooked food which was good at the beginning but then I started again feeling with no energy and constipated untill a month ago. 30 days ago I decided to do something to feel great and here I am on the 811 raw diet, training lmost every day and losing theextra fat that I've been accumulating during the last year.

I have an hypothyroidism problem and I take my 50mg pill every morning. I would love to get off this drug but I am too scared to mess up my hormone system. Do you have any idea on how I can do this? every time I forget to take my pill in the morning I feel very tired, so I think it helps me to balance my thyroid. help!
