Hi! I am a college student at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss - Hotty Toddy). I am from a small town in Florida, Ponte Vedra. I have been mostly vegan for almost a year. I was completely vegan but college changed that up a little. I am very interested in the environment and getting involved. Nutrition and healthy living (mind and body) are so incredibly important to me! I believe 100% in what 30BaD and the HCRV lifestyle promote and I only wish I had stumbled upon it sooner!

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
