What a story about what brought me to the web site 30bananas..... My raw food journey began 2 years ago after after a complication following surgery which left me with chronic fatigue and adrenal burnout..... on a mission to find alternative therapies to let my body heal naturally i experimented with herbs, a vegitarian diet and then a raw food diet..... after doing raw wrong for a few months i can acorss 801010 a few months ago and havent felt this great in ages..... energy, mood and a sense of wellbeing!! Now only eating fruit and then veg, greens and/or nuts/seeds at night my body feels great...... and cooked food is a thing of the past...... still at the early stages of the journey and believe i have so much more to learn, and would love to meet like minded people who have an interest in the health and the environment. Would like to make my passion a career path and start up a educational retreat or integrate my microbiology degree with my nutritional medicine studies..... see where the path leads :)

hi angela, yes i'm trying a low carb diet for now as this fungal condition is persisting even though i tired eliminating all overt fats. i would like to get back to 80/10/10 asap though as low carb is not good for the kidneys i hear, but maybe that's only if it is done with meat, i don't know. i'm doing mostly vego low carb with a bit of fish now and then and lots of eggs.
Hey Angela, the grape fast is to detox and rejuvenate the lymphatic system. I have a organic grape source out near Mandalong so im all good there. What bandwagon have you slipped off? Raw? Ive tried a couple times but cold weather equals brown rice and veges for me :)
