I have been experimenting with various degrees of raw foods seven months. I am interested in using 20BaD to find ways to incorporate more raw foods into my diet. I am also looking for support from others to learn how they incorporate fulfilling meals into busy work schedules. I find that it is much easier to stay fully raw while home and haven't found the best way to do so while working.

P.S. Far and away the most commonly used office worker LFRV meal is a banana and water smoothie. They store well, are high calorie and filling and are easy to consume. You can also add a few soaked dates for flavor and to add in more calories.
