I want to become a healthy high carb raw vegan for meny reasons, but mainly becouse, Im overweight. Im a ballet dancer and iI realy need to loese weight. No one of my friends or other people around me knows nothing about the HCRV. And they are so negative about it, they would say that the livestile is extreme but I strongly believe that it is the healthiest livestyle one could have. I would l ike to get some suport from people that know more about this livestyle. I have tried this livestile myself but failed becouse all the negetive energi from people around me and also becouse I was undereating. But now Im back on track. And now I need some support!I think HCRV is the only sulotion for me!

Welcome to 30Bananas a Day and here is our diet in a nutshell:
Diet in a Banana Peel
Eat a primate like diet where most carbohydrates and calories come from whole raw ripe fruits supplemented with about ½-2 pounds of lettuce greens a day and about a handful of raw nuts or seeds a day. Eat enough on a daily basis with at least 2500 calories for females and at least 3000 calories for males. Drink 2-4 quarts of water a day and pee clear. Get 8-12 hours of sleep as needed. Exercise about 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week with at least one day off for rest and repairs. Get about 30 minutes of sunshine a day on your skin for vitamin D, mental health, eye health, and healthy bones and teeth.
