The happiness of this fruit community, Steve jobs, my love for fruit, having personal image issues, wanting to healthy, CLIMBING HARDER! And of course losing some extra pudge but not starve! I've actually been on this "diet" for 4 days now. I've seen a lot of controversy over this lifestyle but after doing the research and watching lots of videos it changed my perspective on "healthy foods". The first day I tried it was on a climbing day, me and my boyfriend go to a rock climbing gym at least twice a week and spend maybe 3 or most 4 hours there. I was actually able to send a 5.11c graded route falling twice yes, but the fact that I had the energy to power through all of the hard moves and get back on the wall without a very long de-pump amazed me and my boyfriend. I normally can only do 11a and maybe an easy 11b but I've failed at a lot of them because I just couldn't muster up the energy or strength to really push my body. I think I had watermelon, apples, kiwis, bananas and oranges that day before we got to the gym. Before that day I had been recently gluten free for maybe a couple months which also improved my performance but I still have lots of body issues, self image issues, even though I'm not at all obese, but the extra meat on me makes me extremely uncomfortable in my own skin. Right now I do feel pretty good eating this way, I am somewhat afraid of gaining weight from what I see in the forums, but I'm going to try my best to stay strong and continue on this path of high carb vegan to feel my best, and perform my best! I'm pretty sure when I was a kid I would get belly aches from almost polishing off half a watermelon. I no longer want to be afraid of fruit like I used to! I love love love fruit lol.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
Anything Star Wars. The movies, video games, comics, novels, and household items. Anime. Oh, rock climbing! Been quite into that this whole past year, wanting to get stronger so the outdoor stuff will be even more amazingly fun :) I also play world of Warcraft. I might be what you call of those gamer females. I do a lot of sitting around sadly, the only thing that gets me moving is the climbing.

I want to know if I need to do more than just strength training to burn off fat? Climbing isn't hugely cardio, maybe a route climb takes a few minutes but mostly it's a lot of slower movements. And there's a lot of rest time between doing routes or boulder problems because you want to avoid getting to pumped. But it's hard! Like super hard. Always been exhausted after a session. Will a few intense sessions a week be enough or do I need to incorporate some kind of cardio? I really don't look fat, but my body fat has been tested at around 28% and I'm 140 lbs and 5'7" I'm what is called skinny fat and apparently seems to happen to asian females. But I read even that high of a body fat percentage increases your risk for diseases even though I don't look really fat. I tried to eat very healthy before starting hcrv, I tried eating cleaner foods, stayed away from preservatives, bought organic when I could, make green smoothies, but I did eat quite a bit of animal things. Anyways, maybe some help on the exercise bit and how much I should be eating for that kind of activity?

Not sure if I'm on a path to improvement or not. Looks like I might need more iron and protein maybe? I'm going to try adding in more vegetables and whole grain.

I wish I could go and stay in the temple but I'm going to work, and so I will be busy even on weekends. I wanted to know about the mountain because I will like to go running from my place (city centre) to the mountains. 
I think i will know when I will get there hehehe! Its the surprise : )
