After discovering Freelee and Durianrider on youtube, I can honestly say, THEY HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE!!!! I had been struggling with varying "diets" in the past in order to obtain optimal health, but none of them seemed to work or resonate with me. As soon as I discovered this way of life, I knew that it was for me, even before I read 80 10 10, I JUST KNEW!! It just makes f**kn sense!!

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
