I've been a vegan for nearly six years, started out with a plant-based diet before research and reading made me decide to go full lifestyle. I've been experimenting with a mostly raw food diet and love how I feel on it, very much want to learn more and chat with others about how I can make it work more for me. I'm currently studying for my fitness trainer certification exam, am a Beachbody coach, and am pretty physically active so the biggest bang for my nutritional buck is what I'm aiming for.

I'm reposting this for you for info. on wholesalers and bananas:
A great way to start out is to go on banana island. Buy a 40 pound case of the best bananas you can find. $22 at your local wholesaler or $8 if you're in L.A. (maybe N.Y. too) and that's for organic! (Earth bananas are conventional but taste way better than organic Dole, always go by taste!) They should be ripe with spots on them in three days and then just buy a case every three days after that. So for the next three days, you might want to start with something else that is in season, like mangos.
