i had 3 bananas and a pint of blueberries for breakfast... i realize thats not enough but the idea of having more bananas... well... maybe ill try your smoothie for breakfast tomorrow :) pretty cool that your parents also live in queens!
I'm a vegetarian practicing fruitarian vegan. That's awesome you've been raw vegan for so long. I'm a newbie and although I'm determined to make this work because I believe in the health benefits of it. This experience so far has been full of self reflections. My biggest set back so far has been my choices. I eat enough when I eat, but when I choose my next meal or entree my hand reaches for a different taste. I eat it, realize it wasn't as good as I was thinking it would be, but it gives me a different fullness. I'm being as conscious about it as possible, but if you have any ideas or tips to choose better let me know.
Well today... Not so much, didn't start my day off so fruity. I ate left over chow mein and rice from last night then slept. I'm sleepy today, I woke up at 2am-8am and slept until 1pm. It has been a very non productive day for me. It is good hearing from you and even better to know that one of us is doing the right thing...lol!
