My name is Sigal. I am a mother of four children and homeschooling three of them.(oldest graduated a year ago)
I have been vegan for the last four years. I have been transitioning to raw in the past three months.I am a runner and a indoor cycling lover and feel 100% better when I am 100% LFRV.
However the rest on my family is not which makes it more challenging for me since I cook everyday...
Which is why I thought joining this forum will provide me with much needed support.

Well, 2500 calories a day is recommended minimum for woman here on 30 BAD but since you have probably kids and family I would aim for at least 3000 cals a day. There are people here who consume much more, 5000, 7000 cals. It depends on your level of activity, stress, quality of food, how well you process what you eat and so on. You can use Cron-o-meter to track your daily intake. It is free and user friendly.
