I missed posting my progress past two weeks, I was travelling and finishing up finals, which went really well. Let's just say, that although I had to deal with some eating struggles while travelling, I fully expect to continue this lifestyle beyond the 30-day challenge, because it's just so easy. I stayed raw except for 3 meals. I thought the potato meals was going to be super boring, but it wasn't! However I found that the corn pasta digests much better for me, and faster. I am struggling with finishing my 2liter smoothies, either completely or in a timely manner. They can take me a couple hours to finish because I get SO full I just cant drink anymore. Just woke up from my "nights" rest and realized I need to blog! haha
Except for two vodka tonics, I've really well with sticking to fruit, corn pasta, dried fruit, juice, I even found a place that served vegan sweet potato tacos in downtown Tucson (They were phenomenal!).
