Just joined 30Bad and am transitioning from a high raw vegan diet with more greens and veggies. So far I have been doing a smoothie for breakfast, fruit throughout the day (and sometimes lettuce with half an avocado) and then a large salad or zucchini pasta with tomato/walnut sauce at night and maybe a few dates or smoothie for dessert if I'm still hungry.
