Well, I'm starting the 80/10/10 diet this weekend. It took a very long time for my research in health and food additives and dairy and what really is good for a person to consume to get to this point. So after a good month and a half of pure research of the 811 diet I found myself here so excited to finally know the truth! The reason for so much research is a long story. About two years ago I found out about my dairy allergy, so, of course I stopped consuming things with milk. About a year later I was watching a documentary on Netflix that showed what conventional methods were for raising and slaughtering animals for consumption. Its horrible!! Anyway I of course I began to avoid animal products. However, I just cut these things out without adjusting the rest of my diet. I would just use substitutes; which was fine. . .for a while. It wasn't until the last few months that I would notice my poor energy level. I would only really have energy for about an hour a day otherwise I would b sitting on m rear. : ) So now I am here slowly adding 811 meals in once or twice a day and I feel SO amazing!!!!!!!! I want more : ) Ha!
