Hey Ryan,

I do not take a b12 supplement and I'm definitely not an expert on the subject. I take both B12 and vitamin D out of my cron-o-meter. I get my vitamin d from the sun.

You raised a few more points worth addressing in Ellen's thread, Ryan.  To ensure my response to you doesn't get lost in the shuffle:

We're adults who have all agreed to follow site guidelines upon joining 30B, Ryan.  Non-compliant posts are subject to deletion.

This theory you describe of "non-agreeable sugar" is not a concept we to which we subscribe here.

It's come up many times in the past (search for "too much sugar" in the search bar), but the fact is that when people follow proper food combining, hydration, and eat adequate calories, 2500 for ladies/3K for gents, positive health is the result.

Simply put, the body breaks down all food from nectarines to chicken fried steaks into sugar for our assimilation; fruit is simply the easiest conversion.

Regarding animal products making a person toxic, what else could happen??

Try leaving a piece of flesh in a Tupperware at a room temperature of 98.6 for a couple days, and see what happens!  No different than what happens in our digestive tract.

Some folks just happen to manifest symptoms in various ways.  We've all heard stories of handsome athletes who were able to eat whatever they wanted, only to drop dead at age 50.  Clearly, while their exterior looks may not have suffered as much as some people, their insides were keeping score.

That's great that you're seeing such positive results though.  Your body is obviously in favor of your experiment :)
