Hi again Rosyln :)

30BAD requires approval for any advertising.  I ran your website by Freelee, the 30BAD site owner, which she did not approve because there are several things you advocate on your website that is against 30BAD recommendations, including colonics, coffee enemas and salt and seaweeds for eating.  You can post videos but they should not contain any advertising for your website or any links below the video.

"Remember, seaweed is the liver of the ocean. As such it is not just high in minerals, but also in all the PCB's, dioxins, mercury, lead and other crud that ends up in our waters. It is also very high in seasalt, which is toxic to humans, unlike organic sodium found in veggies and fruit. Also, if you are an ethical vegan, some sources often have dead crustacians, killed as part of the gathering process, then dried and crushed as part of the seaweed. Particularly with Nori.

Also, there is some controversy about whether its vegan at all, regardless of the crustacians. Seaweed is in a weird class that is neither plant nor animal. They are in a unique class called protists.

I totally forgot to mention the B12 analogues. This is a big concern indeed. I think dulse is uncertain whether it is neutral, (has no impact on b12 status) but certainly the others have the potential to hasten b12 deficiency in vegans by blocking the b12 receptors."

Hi again :)

You may want to reread over the 30BAD guidelines regarding ingredients we accept.  Salt and Nori are not accepted ingredients here.

from Dr. Graham:

Is eating sea salt all right?

Extracted sodium chloride, in any form other than the small amounts naturally occurring in whole plant foods, is an irritant and is toxic to the body. It causes a decay of the sense of taste, retards digestion/excretion, and impairs the critical cellular potassium/sodium ratio upsetting our natural water balance. Drinking sea water causes dehydration and results in death in only a few days due to the salt content; extracting the salt from the water and ingesting it leads in the same direction. "You would not drink ocean water, as the salt in it is vile, caustic, irritating and in quantity, deadly, even though it is diluted by a lot of water.

Hi Roslyn,

We don't do fermented anything on 30BAD but you might want to put your video up on Freelee's Mum's site, http://chemowillkillyou.ning.com/

Thanks :)

Thank you for uploading your Rainbow Rollup video. Unfortunately ingredients such as dulse and other seaweeds are not compatible ingredients with the 30Bad guidelines.
Please take a look for future reference. http://www.30bananasaday.com/notes/Ingredients_and_photos_not_supported_on_30BaD

Wow Roslyn, I am very excited to meet someone that also lives in Buderim. I now feel less alone! I would love to meet up for a chat some time. I am coming up to 12 month at Christmas following the raw lifestyle. I am enjoying the learning curve and am always keen to learn more. Your face does look very familiar, I am sure our paths have already passed. Talk soon. Nadine
