I'm a 27 year old, 5 year vegan veteran looking to take the best of care for this body I've been gifted with. I grew up with wonderful parents and siblings in the canopy of the greenhouse my parents owned as a seasonal business. That being said I've been grown to love the perfection of nature down to it's tiniest detail and have a passionate desire to embrace the outdoors. I am a jogger and biker and enjoy sweaty workouts in general, just want to reach a solid energy level and defeat this fatigue I've been battling since adolescence. I've been living between rt4 and 801010 for about 9 months and have experienced some marvelous highs and unfortunate lows. I would love to have help, input, encouragement and advice along this journey as I'm married to an amazing man who accepts my ways but follows the foodies of the world. This is definitely a rare lifestyle, so family and friends who follow it are hard to come by.
Initially I had invested in veganism because of the ungrateful gluttonous practices industry adopted in order to widen their margins, which eventually also widened the populations waist lines. The profits made off of our illnesses is sickening, with the United States absorbing 80 percent of the world's use of pharmaceuticals, representing only 5 percent of it's population. I'd rather not be a part of the spiraling trend and find great logic in the lfrv lifestyle, solving sicknesses at their root. After living on mostly raw, high carb vegan, my digestion has improved tremendously, I never knew severe stomach cramps were not a normal part of assimilating food! I'm pretty sure adrenal fatigue is a part of this tiresome weight that has me 'stuck' and would love some advice from those who've conquered it.
