Today I'm at the 1 month vegan anniversary. The first week and fourth week were mostly raw. The second and third week I experimented with the vegan options like frozen dinners and stuff. Obviously, I felt better the first week and this week. And the weight loss occurred in those 2 weeks I'm getting much better about managing my counter full of fruit in various stages of ripeness. Been logging all my foods in an app. Im ready for spring so i can get outside more. Livin' the life!
