hello!!! i've been vegan for a little over a year and i loved it! however, after being hit with hurricane Sandy and the holidays, i've been eating horribly. i found 30 bananas a day on youtube and thought i'd try it to get my health back on track and get some energy to exercise! plus, i'm a certified health coach and am considering recommending this diet to some of my clients, but want to try it for myself first!!

I think it was only $5 for my kindle. I just need to order a spiralizer so I can make some of the noodle recipes. I threw some carob powder in my banana/date smoothie this morning. Sooo good!
