hi! im a mom of 2 beautiful girls. i have my own business of manufacture and export of garments and i travel a lot. i want to introduce the raw vegan food habit as a way of life (to the best i can) as I believe in prevention rather that cure. i have a huge hair fall problem, little dandruff problem and a fat % of 29. i was 30 kgs when i got pregnant the first time and i hate that my thighs rub against each other when i walk and have lose skin on my stomach. the funny part is that i still weight 46 kgs which is not that much. im 5 ft 1 inch tall. oh and i PMS horribly!! i want to be healthy and free of any illness. i need guidance and motivation. please help

I think you should be able to ask your questions on the forum. its like starting a discussion. I am not there yet but 100% HCRV & daily exercise (I do pilates, yoga, also intensive aerobic & body shape exercises) with 1 day of rest is great. running is great for stomach tone as well. looking at the way its progressing, i will have a flat stomach in a few mths - it will never be as in pre-pregnancy i think but still. wish I was HCRV when I was pregnant
Hey Rachana welcome!! nice to see you here. if you search through the archives you will get some threads on the issues you have mentioned.
I dont visit this site often as I experienced what 100% HCRV can do and thanks to 80/10/10 book I know what I need to eat.
I did do a search on hair-loss here and there are a few posts but while my hair has always been thin, I have best hair now on a 100% HCRV. Thyroid problems can also cause hair-loss. Since a lot of Indian women have thyroid issues, it might be worth checking it out. If its only slightly off, it may be an incentive to go 100% HCRV which I believe will help bring it back to normal.
I think exercise on a regular basis was missing from my plan but since I do that regularly now. Currently I am 100% HCRV (though only for a week :) - my big test will be next week when I travel to the UK.
