Thanks for friendship! My advice for you: first read the 80/10/10 book and start adding in your meal every day more and more raw fruits and greens on your plate until you eliminate all cooked food from your life. This transition can last for moths and even years. But with the help of other raw friends and inspiration you can achieve your goal in a matter of days.
Thanks for friendng! Welcome to HCRV. You can do all this because you will be familiar to many of such a people all around the world. But all you need is patience and endeavour. And , this is the only natural way of eating.
I think we often make life difficult for ourselves and create lots of excuses for not doing what we know will help make us better - it's almost certainly fear of what could happen. Just take one little step at a time - make it achievable things so you don't set yourself up for failure.
Get a copy of 80/10/10 and read it, then read it again and again and again :-)
If you've not been eating this way then I'd suggest starting by just having fruit for breakfast then over the weeks extending it so you only have fruit till lunchtime - as much as you care for.
What sort of diet are you eating now - personally I haven't even managed total vegetarian yet and still have meat and dairy now and then but (most days) only eat fruit and greens until dinner time - and I do feel much much better for it. More importantly - if I do have a rubbish day I don't beat myself up about it - I just put it down to one bad food choice day in between lots of good days.
