Hi, fruit people, I admire you pioneering people. Well I've stumbled quite alot and come to a compromise whereby I'm having fruit for breakfast now.
I think was you start eating non-raw it's harder to want to eat fruit, although banana are good to get to bed at night. The bevilly hills diet is like that, fruit in the morning and if you eat protein, no more fruit is allowed.
Well, I've decided to break it this evening.
I've been a bit overwhelm by the Steve Jobs death, and really want to maintain equilibrium.
Mentally the main plus has been more time for reading.
1. instead of 12 hours sleep I've had 8 to 9 with early morning rises. I wish I had this over the Summer when I did yoga classes and couldn't get out of bed.

Everything going well.
I have a weight target in mind, so it could be 50 days water fasting. Going well still, had some beautiful weather to relax in.
Should I tell the doctor when I see her tomorrow?

I never ever thought I could achieve this!!!
I stuggled with 811 being the nearly almost guy for so long, it does become easier. I've been completely water fasting after the first 4 days when I was having coffee/tea and marmite. The food pangs disappeard and the marmite never crosses my mind, sickly thinging about it.
