He's that raw rockstar type who lectures about healing.  He wrote Healing 101, and he sells lots of cleansing herbs.  I read his stuff and kind of fell in love with his ideas and way of…Continue

College/Uni Students

We all know it can be hard reconciling HCRV with a hectic work/study schedule, a social life and a budget! There are temptations everywhere and it can be hard to make time to devote to your health. This group aims to provide a forum for students on HCRV diets to support each other and to share helpful tips and resources. Here are some issues we can discuss: - How to stay raw on a budget - Coping with study/exam stress - Awkward room mates (limited fridge space? Y U eat so many bananas?) -…See More

I started with an alkaline diet after an energy healer told me that my system was too acidic. I tried to buy phMiracle book, but the store was sold out, so I bought Juliano's Raw unCookbook instead. I became infatuated by Markus Rothkranz and read a bunch of his stuff, at which point I stopped eating fruit because I was terrified of feeding parasites. I was eating a lot of very unappealing raw foods and not enjoying it very much. Then I found FullyRaw Kristina's youtube channel and was shocked by her fruit eating. But she looked super and is ridiculously likable, so I watched everything and found 80/10/10. Now I am happy. But still very much trying to figure out how to make it work. Especially entering into the winter at my college in Maine.

Hello Nora!
Just read your bio. I agree being alkaline is very important. Did you know drinking reverse osmosis water is equivalent to drinking rain water?
(It is acidic, leaching all the minerals it can, down the the drain!) It is also a very wasteful process of distilling our precious water.

Seriously, my whole life improved when I got on ionzed, alkaline water. I now pimp out water ionzers and it is very uplifting to encourage others to drink water full of life force.
If your would like to know how to re-structure your water back to it's hexagonal molecular properties: check out my website:
